- Deposit: 150€ (by credit card).

Options

- Double bed linen + 2 towels: €15/bed/change

- Single bed linen pack + 1 towel: €12/bed/change

- Pet supplement (always on a lead): €50

Cancellation policy

- 50% deposit debited at time of booking.
- The customer can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 21 days before arrival.
- The client must pay 50 % of the total amount if he/she cancels within 21 days before arrival.
- If the client does not show up, he/she will have to pay the full amount of the reservation.

Miscellaneous information

- The residence is open from 26 April to 26 September. 

- Minimum stay 5 nights (arrivals and departures possible every day). 

- All our flats have air conditioning (free of charge).

- Fitness room in the Residence (free of charge, minors not allowed).

- Possibility of lending a baby bed (on request and according to availability).

- Secure motorbike garage (limited number of spaces, please contact us).

- We do not have a launderette within the residence, however, you can find one 1km away in the centre of Moriani Plage.
